功能与付费边界：GPS 轨迹记录和基础回放 HUD 永久免费。一次性购买的增强版仅解锁同步路线地图、SRT/GPX/CSV 与数据水印视频导出，以及明显冲击自动锁定。

1. 适用范围
   本政策适用于 iOS 应用 Dashcam（以下简称“本应用”）。本应用由 52XN 科技提供。本应用不要求注册账号，不接入广告或第三方行为分析 SDK，开发者不运营用于接收行车视频、照片或 GPS 轨迹的服务器。

2. 权限与数据用途
   相机：用于录制行车视频和拍摄照片。拒绝权限后无法使用录制和拍照功能。
   麦克风：仅在您开启“录制音频”时用于给视频录制声音。关闭该设置时不会为录音请求麦克风权限。
   位置：仅在您主动开启“记录位置与速度”并开始录制时请求使用期间定位权限，无需购买增强版。位置、速度、航向、时间和精度会写入与视频关联的轨迹文件，用于免费的基础回放 HUD，以及解锁增强版后的同步路线地图和专业导出。
   运动与方向传感器：用于您选择的运动自动启动，以及增强版的明显冲击自动锁定。该功能是辅助功能，不能替代专用碰撞检测、安全设备或人工判断。
   照片图库添加权限：仅在您主动选择“保存到相册”时，将所选视频写入系统照片图库。本应用不需要读取您的整个图库。

3. 本地保存的数据
   视频、照片、轨迹文件、SRT/GPX/CSV 导出文件、应用设置、锁定状态和诊断日志默认保存在本应用的沙盒中。开发者不会通过自有服务器接收这些内容。根据您的 iOS 与 iCloud 备份设置，操作系统可能把应用数据纳入设备备份；该处理由 Apple 管理。

同步路线地图使用 Apple MapKit。地图服务和 App Store 购买由 Apple 按其自身条款及隐私政策处理；开发者不会因此获得您的完整行车轨迹或 Apple ID。

4. 数据何时离开应用
   只有在您主动操作时，内容才会交给您选择的目标：

使用系统分享面板分享照片、SRT、GPX、CSV 或带数据水印的视频；
把视频保存到系统照片图库；
点击反馈入口发送电子邮件；
点击隐私政策、评分或推荐应用等外部链接。
分享目标、邮件服务、网站和 Apple 服务会依据其各自隐私政策处理数据。分享前请注意：GPX、CSV、SRT 和水印视频可能包含精确位置、时间、速度与航向。

5. 购买信息
   增强版是由 Apple App Store 处理的非消耗型应用内购买。购买、付款、退款和当前权益由 Apple 处理。本应用仅通过 StoreKit 获取经验证的商品权益状态，以决定是否解锁增强功能；本应用不接收或保存您的完整支付卡信息。

6. 删除与保留
   删除某个视频时，本应用同时删除同基名的轨迹、SRT、GPX、CSV、元数据和缩略图。
   “清除所有文件”会清除本应用视频和照片目录中的全部媒体及孤立附属数据，并清空文件锁定索引。
   诊断日志可在“设置 > 其他 > 清除诊断日志”中单独清除；正式版本不会向普通用户展示开发调试日志内容。
   应用设置保留至您修改、清除应用数据或卸载本应用。
   保存到照片图库或已分享给其他应用的副本不再受本应用控制，需在对应位置删除。
   App Store 购买记录由 Apple 根据其政策保留；卸载本应用不会取消已购买的非消耗型权益。

7. 数据安全与儿童隐私
   本应用依赖 iOS 沙盒和系统权限保护本地数据。任何软件都无法保证绝对安全，请妥善保护设备及解锁凭据。本应用并非专门面向儿童，不会故意收集儿童个人信息。

8. 变更与联系
   如功能或数据处理方式发生重要变化，我们会更新本政策及生效日期，并在法律要求时提供额外通知。如对本政策有疑问，请联系 dev@52xn.com。

Features and purchase boundary: GPS track recording and the basic playback HUD remain free. The one-time Enhanced purchase unlocks only synchronized route maps, SRT/GPX/CSV and telemetry-overlay video exports, and significant-impact auto-lock.

1. Scope
   This policy applies to the Dashcam iOS app (the “App”), provided by 52XN Tech. The App does not require an account and does not include advertising or third-party behavioral analytics SDKs. The developer does not operate servers that receive your driving videos, photos, or GPS tracks.

2. Permissions and purposes
   Camera: Records driving video and captures photos. Recording and photography are unavailable if access is denied.
   Microphone: Records sound only when “Record Audio” is enabled. The App does not request microphone access for recording when this setting is off.
   Location: Requested only while using the App after you explicitly enable location recording and start recording; Enhanced is not required. Location, speed, heading, time, and accuracy are saved in a track file associated with the video for the free basic playback HUD and, after unlocking Enhanced, the synchronized route map and professional exports.
   Motion sensors: Support optional motion auto-start and Enhanced significant-impact auto-lock. These are convenience features and are not substitutes for dedicated collision detection, safety equipment, or human judgment.
   Add to Photos: Used only when you explicitly save a selected video to the system photo library. The App does not need to read your entire library.

3. Data stored locally
   Videos, photos, track files, SRT/GPX/CSV exports, settings, lock state, and diagnostic logs are stored in the App’s sandbox by default. The developer does not receive this content through its own servers. Depending on your iOS and iCloud backup settings, the operating system may include app data in a device backup; Apple manages that processing.

The synchronized route map uses Apple MapKit. Apple processes map services and App Store purchases under its own terms and privacy policy. The developer does not receive your complete driving route or Apple ID through these services.

4. When data leaves the App
   Content is provided to a destination you choose only after your action, including when you:

use the system share sheet for a photo, SRT, GPX, CSV, or telemetry-overlay video;
save a video to the system photo library;
send feedback by email; or
open an external privacy, rating, or recommended-app link.
The selected destination, mail provider, website, and Apple services process data under their own privacy policies. Before sharing, remember that GPX, CSV, SRT, and telemetry-overlay videos may contain precise location, time, speed, and heading.

5. Purchase information
   Enhanced is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by the Apple App Store. Apple handles purchase, payment, refund, and current entitlement information. The App uses StoreKit only to read verified entitlement status and decide whether to unlock Enhanced features. The App does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

6. Deletion and retention
   Deleting a video also deletes associated track, SRT, GPX, CSV, metadata, and thumbnail files with the same base name.
   “Clear All Files” removes all media and orphaned companion data from the App’s video and photo directories and clears the file-lock index.
   Diagnostic logs can be cleared under Settings > Other > Clear Diagnostic Logs. Release builds do not expose developer-debug log contents to regular users.
   Settings remain until changed, app data is cleared, or the App is uninstalled.
   Copies saved to Photos or shared with other apps are outside the App’s control and must be deleted at their destination.
   Apple retains App Store purchase records under its policies. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a purchased non-consumable entitlement.

7. Security and children
   The App relies on the iOS sandbox and system permissions to protect local data. No software can guarantee absolute security, so protect your device and unlock credentials. The App is not directed specifically to children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

8. Changes and contact
   If features or data practices change materially, we will update this policy and its effective date and provide any additional notice required by law. Questions may be sent to dev@52xn.com.
