Podcast Generator is a macOS desktop studio for two-host podcast script generation, local voice configuration, TTS synthesis, BGM mixing, and MP3 export.

Please include your macOS version, app version, a short description of the issue, and screenshots if useful.

Common Issues

• If script generation fails, check your configured OpenAI-compatible API endpoint and API key in Settings.

• If TTS fails, open the status panel and check the runtime, model, ffmpeg, and voice profile rows.

• If MP3 export fails, try WAV export first and confirm the selected BGM file is a valid WAV or MP3.

• If a custom voice sample fails, use a clean 10 to 30 second WAV or MP3 with one speaker and low background noise.

Data Location

Voice samples, settings, generated audio, and exports are stored locally on your Mac under the app data directory shown in the status panel.

Rights Reminder

You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights to any voice sample, background music, script, or generated audio you use or publish.
